We started as a single-person enterprise, and have grown a team that operates, manages, and maintains multiple pools across Central Virginia. From part-time and seasonal help to full-time management and maintenance positions – if you have a commitment to excellence and customer service, we have a spot for you.

Our Supervisors oversee maintenance, operations, and staffing for 6-10 facilities. Our Lifeguards receive Red Cross certifications from our in-house instructors. Maintenance teams and personnel have both seasonal and year-round opportunities.

Our team appreciates our competitive compensation plans, our various bonus opportunities – even for part-time and seasonal staff! – and our generous benefits packages. Our app-based scheduling program allows them to build custom schedules, providing for flexibility and the opportunity to earn extra money when they need it. Qualified personnel have access to company vehicles. We have on-the-job training and fantastic opportunities for growth. Once someone joins our team at Signature, they tend to stay, and many of our former lifeguards and seasonal employees are now full-time pool maintenance techs and supervisors.
